As vegetable growers, we hope to encourage and inspire healthy eating by offering fresh and nutritious vegetables grown naturally and locally. Farming practices here at Sow Fresh DO NOT include chemical or synthetic pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers. For control of pests, weeds and soil health we DO use organic compost, green manure, beneficial insects, cover crops and a variety of other organic or natural methods and products.
